⚡️ How to have energy all day

It's just a fact: you can have all kinds of great techniques to increase your productivity and get more done. However, if you can't keep your energy levels at their highest, it's not going to do you much good.

People who get significantly more done than the average person have higher overall physical and mental energy levels throughout the entire day. In my leadership coaching, this is often an important topic.

This much, though, is true: if you start focusing more on being in control of your energy levels, you'll almost inevitably increase your success. And - most importantly - with more fun and less time consumption.

Sounds too good to be true? 

Here are 3 ideas on how to increase your energy throughout the day (which are pretty simple, but few apply them consistently):
  1. Clarity about goals. Lack of clarity creates uncertainty and robs us of an incredible amount of energy. This effect is usually completely underestimated. Observe for yourself how much more you can accomplish with less effort when you are completely clear about your goals and how to get there. Therefore, make it a habit to set your daily goals every morning, the achievement of which would make your day a success.
  2. Distinct blocks of time. Switching between different activities also takes a lot of energy. Productivity experts, therefore divide their days into blocks, each of which - and this is the key - are stages towards achieving your daily goals (see point 1). Side effect: it's easier to avoid distractions as a result.
  3. Work in intervals. We need targeted breaks to keep our energy levels high throughout the day. The keyword is "targeted." Research recommends that you work on a topic for between 25 and a maximum of 90 minutes at a time, and then take a 5-15-minute break where you purposefully do something else.
Just using these three tips will significantly increase your energy throughout the day.
